As part of the expansion of its international activities, LDC Services is seeking an International Financial Internal Auditor to strengthen its Group Financial Audit Department.

Your Role

Reporting to the Head of Group Financial Audit and working within a team of five professionals, you will primarily support the Group's international subsidiaries while maintaining regular interactions with the Finance Department of the International Division.

To support your onboarding and professional development, and to contribute during peak activity periods, you may also occasionally participate in other financial audit assignments across the Group, including within certain French entities.

This position requires regular travel within France and internationally.

Financial Audit

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the review of financial statements of European and international subsidiaries;
  • Supporting local management teams on accounting and financial matters;
  • Analysing accounting processes and financial flows to ensure effective control and governance;
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes;
  • Preparing audit reports for subsidiaries, the International Division Finance Department, Executive Management, and other relevant stakeholders.

Financial Internal Control

You will also be responsible for:

  • Assessing existing internal control frameworks;
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of controls and their governance;
  • Identifying operational risks and uncovered risk areas;
  • Deploying and promoting the Group's internal control methodologies;
  • Developing and enhancing audit guides, tools, and methodologies;
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of key contacts across subsidiaries;
  • Preparing assessments, reports, and recommendations for management;
  • Supporting the implementation of action plans aimed at strengthening risk management and control processes.

Profil

You hold a university degree in Audit, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline and ideally have at least four years of experience in an audit firm, providing you with a solid audit methodology and a strong understanding of the financial challenges faced by international groups.

You have expertise in:

  • Accounting and financial principles;
  • Audit techniques and methodologies;
  • English, both written and spoken, at a bilingual or near-native level.

Knowledge of IFRS standards would be an asset.

Proficiency in an additional foreign language would be highly valued.
